Growing up as an artist I began to see color and composition in everything, I made up art pieces through my live eyes. As an artist I tend to have an overactive imagination, and often subconsciously imagine myself in self made scenarios within whatever location im in. These photographs were taken in my freshman dorm, a new but constant environment that I had to adapt to. I often viewed these simple fixtures in an altered and cinematic way, living in a building that was over 100 years a dorm. I chose to portray the strange and unsettling feeling I often felt in this very old yet new to me home.  As photographers we view the world in a forever photographic way.
